When it came time for installation, it was professional, efficient, and timely. The Heritage Floor employees were very conscientious and their work was of high-caliber. I also want to take this opportunity to thank you for honoring your price when you realized our original contractor did not use plywood on the subfloor. You could have taken a different path- by not mentioning the issue and just do the work, or charging us for laying the plywood down. You did neither- you fixed the problem- and stood by your price. That was very honorable- and we so appreciated it. In today’s business world that is exceptional service- and unheard of.
